Bring your lunch and learn how to to manage stress using the method of mindfulness. It’s easy to get on “autopilot” and react rather than respond to situations. Mindfulness techniques can help you gain control and raise awareness of how you interact with your surroundings. At this workshop, we’ll answer the question “What is mindfulness?” and practice some exercises together.
