Students can choose from a variety of programs including health sciences, aerospace, pre-engineering, automotive/alternative fuels and information technology. Tuition is free for public, private and home-schooled high school students with low-cost tuition for adult learners. With six campuses in the Tulsa metro area, a Tulsa Tech campus is never too far away.
The Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN): OBAN at Tulsa Technology Center is one of Oklahoma’s statewide Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) resource providers. PTAP providers are a local resource available at no cost that can provide assistance to business firms in marketing products and services to Federal, state and local governments. The OBAN mission is to contribute to creation of jobs and expansion of the economy in Oklahoma by providing specific, valuable resources to Oklahoma businesses as a PTAP provider network.

Heather Williams is the Corporate Training Coordinator for Small Business with Tulsa Tech located at the 36 Degrees North Office. She provides consulting and training services to businesses and start-ups in-turn to enhance the region’s business community. Prior to working for Tulsa Tech, Heather worked for the Tulsa Metro Chamber and Cherokee Nation. A graduate of Northeastern State University, Heather has over twenty years in the hospitality, business, and product marketing industry. Larry Findeiss serves as a Bid Assistance Coordinator located at the Tulsa Technology Center/Owasso office, a sub center of the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network (OBAN) Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Bart Pickens is a Manufacturing Extension Agent for Tulsa Technology Center. He consults with Tulsa-area manufacturers to determine ways to help improve operations that improve the bottom line.
