Plank and Mill Marketing Data Analyst

Responsibilities: Plank and Mill is looking to hire a marketing data analyst. Responsibilities will include: analyzing key metrics from our website traffic and customer demographics; presenting useful metrics to marketing team; managing independent technical contractors; developing a website traffic plan and creating goals and benchmarks to meet; generating weekly and monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance; develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures

Required Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with AdWords, Facebook ad manager, and SEO
• Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
• General knowledge of HTML and CSS required
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment -- juggling many priorities and duties
• Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Google Drive Products
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to tell a story with complex data sets
• Expert attention to detail, objective problem-solving attitude, and a hunger to learn

Schedule: Full-Time (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
