Chief Operating Officer, CAP Tulsa
Karen Kiely joined CAP in 2008 and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2009, assuming responsibility for day-to-day operations of the agency. During her tenure, CAP Tulsa has been named “Best Non Profit to Work For” by the Non-Profit Times four years in a row, and has also received a Mosaic Award for Top Inclusive Workplace Culture from the Tulsa Regional Chamber for four consecutive years. Prior to joining CAP, Kiely spent seventeen years at The Bama Companies, Inc. in a variety of leadership roles in both the U.S. and Beijing, China. Kiely’s initial experience in management was gained in Beijing, China where she served as the General Manager of Beijing Bama Food Processing Co. Ltd. for four years. Before joining Bama, Kiely worked for five years in international banking with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York, Taipei and Hong Kong.
