Business with Vision (BWV) is a Non-Profit Organization geared at fostering those looking to start a small business or grow and develop their existing businesses. BWV is wholly supported by the generosity of its sponsors, and through sales of some of its media. BWV offers all its services for free to the business owner.
There are roughly 28 million small businesses in the United States and the vast majority of these are self-employed individuals in sole-proprietorships. Today over 50% of the United States population is employed by a small business. Since 1995 small businesses have generated over 65% of the new jobs to the economy. Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. On average 30% of new small businesses don’t make it to their second year, with 50% failing by their fifth year.* It is these last statistics which are at the core of the BWV mission. BWV believes that the majority of these failures happens because of inadequate planning and financial management. This is why BWV is looking to educate and foster small businesses from infancy to maturity. We do this by providing the business owners the knowledge and tools they don’t currently have to build a solid foundation for their business. Our primary method of conveying information is from our Dreamers vs. Visionaries six part series which gives a Small Business owner the information to solidify, market, develop, and manage their business. This series is 100% free of charge to the business owner. Whether a business owner has an existing business or a new business, our goal is that our series of seminars offers the tools and insight to build successful small businesses. *US Census
